Refund policy

We Do Not Offer Exchanges. Refunds Only.

You have 14 days to send your item(s) back for a refund.

The return period starts 14 days from the day of delivery.

Please note, we don't accept returns for unwanted items after 14 days from delivery. If you try to make a return, we will have to send it back to the delivery address from your original order and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost. 

YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITH NAME AND ADDRESS WITHIN YOUR PARCEL OTHERWISE A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS FOR PROCESSING YOUR RETURN (FROM THE DATE YOUR RETURN IS DELIVERED BACK TO US).

Before returning, please ensure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them.

  • the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unmarked and perfume/make-up/smoke free
  • the item(s) still have the tags attached
  • shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear
  • items are returned in their original packaging

Please return the item(s) in their original packaging, with the product tags still intact.

Once we've sorted your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. It can take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to hit your account. Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and we're unable to refund any costs associated with you returning the item(s).

We recommend you send all returns Signed For/Tracked as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in the post.
